We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, account details, store URL, support messages, billing-related information, and any content you upload or connect to Deconfound.
If you connect a Shopify store or other commerce account, we may process product information, product images, descriptions, store metadata, brand assets, and other information needed to generate ad creative for you.
We may also collect technical and usage information, such as device and browser data, IP address, pages viewed, actions taken, referring URLs, cookies, and similar analytics or security data.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide, maintain, personalize, and improve Deconfound; generate creative outputs; communicate with you; process transactions; troubleshoot issues; protect against misuse; comply with legal obligations; and develop new features.
AI Processing
Deconfound uses artificial intelligence and third-party infrastructure providers to help generate ad creative. Inputs, product information, images, prompts, and related content may be processed by those providers solely as needed to operate and improve the service, subject to their applicable terms and data processing commitments.
How We Share Information
We may share information with service providers that help us run Deconfound, including hosting, analytics, payments, email, support, security, and AI generation providers. We may also share information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, in connection with a merger or sale, or with your direction or consent.
We do not sell your personal information for money. We do not knowingly share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising unless we provide any required notice and choice.
